Default Success With Sagging Skin On Stomach?

    Hi all -
Lost 20 pounds, years since I've worked out.
Now I have the sagging skin - especially on my stomach and buttocks (where did it all go?)

I've ordered the skin brushing and basic dvd -- I'm hoping I can turn the clock back 20 years - especially with muscle tone.
While I'm thrilled about going from a size 6 to a 12 getting naked is depressing -

Is there hope for a hot body in my future?[]

Congratulations on your loss! I've went from a 22W to a 12 misses so far, and my belly has been my biggest area! It is amazing how much it has shrunk, and the skin is tightening up. The skin brushing is wonderful! If you can, add T-Tapp's alfalfa--there IS a difference! It helps not only cellulite but also skin tone.

If you can afford it, also get the Dead Sea salts, grapefruit oil and Skin Saver Body lotion. I do a salt "mask" (or "masque" to be more professional! ) with it. I use about 1TB salt, put in the palm of my hand, add a few drops grapefruit oil, then just a tad of the SSB lotion (maybe a tsp?). Kind of melt that in your hands then apply it to your "problem areas"--in this case, your belly. Leave on 5-10 minutes. If you do that 2-3 times a week, plus maybe take a salt bath 2-3 times a week, I really believe you will see some results. Maybe not as fast as we'd all like, LOL!

My belly has gone from looking perpetually pregnant to looking better than it has in several years! My "overhang" has gone from covering two of my fingers to barely covering half a finger now!

I call the brushing and salt baths and masques "dessert for the skin"! Oh, and after you shower or bathe that off, and dry off, put more of the SSB lotion in your palm, add a little grapefruit oil, and rub it on! Mmmmmmm! You can use part SSB lotion and part your favorite lotion to make the SSB go farther!

    HTH!

Yes, you can turn back the clock.
Yes, you can have a hot body.

Just brush, brush, and brush some more. Make a committment to brush 2x a day. Make sure you do some circular motions. And, then NEVER give up. Do it every day. Make it part of your daily routine. You and your body will be glad you did. Not only will it help your belly, but it will make you feel great.

I brush faithfully every day, and oh, so good. At least once and sometimes twice. After 3 kids, 2 C-sections, living with fibromyalgia for 20 years, going from a size 12 to a 4, and being 52, no one can guess my age. People say my skin feels soft and is too tight for my age. Brushing is one of my secret weapons. It will just make you feel and look good all over.

I also have many clients with floppy bellies that have absolutely loved the brushing. You, I am sure, will be one of those people.

Things that will help you along the way.....alfalfa, fibertox, foods and nutrients that feed the skin, water for hydration, and detoxing. Use the brush alone and see results. Use the brush with other tools and oh, so good! See fantastic results.

Want to motivate others? Take a before and after picture. Take a picture now and put it away. Then take the actions steps. Then awhile later take out the photo and I am sure you will be amazed. Then take another photo. I am sure it would be a great story to tell. ....and show.

    Brush away! Yeah!

Ditto to what all of these ladies have said. Skin brushing is amazing for what it can do for your skin. It becomes tighter, softer and lifts the areas that are saggy.

I do it every morning before my shower. It only takes minutes and is SO worth it and wakes you up better than coffee. [:I]

Oooo, Sue, you motivated me, too!

"Commitment" and "never give up" were key words in Sue's post. I have been Tapping and brushing for about a year and a half now and I am STILL seeing changes and improvements. I had a HUGE hanging tummy (check out the before pictures in my 2007 60-Day Challenge photos--the "before" is after I had lost 37" and two sizes!) and it has shrunk tremendously (and is still shrinking). Weight loss alone has not done it--T-Tapp and brushing have cinched and tightened so that I can easily zip size 4's.

I have always had a lot of cellulite but it is greatly improved. I seem to go through stages where fat deposits and wrinkly skin look worse but I persist in brushing and then they shift and look better. I don't know how scientific this is, but I feel that my skin is in an ongoing process of adjusting and tightening after/during weight loss. If it goes through yucky stages or isn't where I want it to be I don't give up because I believe that the brushing and Tapping will continue the process. In fact, I think I'll go workout and brush right now!

I've posted this success story a few times, but it should definitely inspire everyone to be consistent with t-tapp and skin-brushing! http://t-tapp.com/success/michellep/index.html

I just noticed yesterday that my belly isn't so wrinkly--and I've not been good about making time for the salt masks/baths. I do brush daily (I take a day off from that, too), and taking the alfalfa, as well as the d-ribose/MSM/EfferC mixture. I think the salt masks would boost it, so after I get back from CT in a few weeks, I'm making that a priority!
