Hi all -
Lost 20 pounds, years since I've worked out.
Now I have the sagging skin - especially on my stomach and buttocks (where did it all go?)
I've ordered the skin brushing and basic dvd -- I'm hoping I can turn the clock back 20 years - especially with muscle tone.
While I'm thrilled about going from a size 6 to a 12 getting naked is depressing -
Is there hope for a hot body in my future?
