Default just for giggles, about neurokinetic flow

This is pretty silly but you know the old routine pat your head, rub your tummy in a circle at the same time? I used to not be able to do it well at all, not that this skill is going to save the earth.

I tried it today, for no particular reason, and I notice I'm much better at it. [)]

    T-Tapping's the reason I'm sure.

Since I'm right handed, that hand is always on the ball, but my left usually was two or three steps behind, or just hovered, unable to find the way.

Now my left hand is only one step behind and I can get the sequence started AND switch, and my left hand actually gets to what it's supposed to be doing.

Oh, it's not science, and it's not even important, but I feel like I am better coordinated. I even jogged up the first 3 flights of stairs at the office yesterday, at the end of the day because I forgot something. (Of course at the fourth flight my thigh muscles said ENOUGH OF THAT, YOU! and I walked slowly the rest of the stairs.).

I'm assuming that's part of the neurokinetic flow thing. Whatever, it feels great to have my physical confidence returning!

That is a neat post!!!!!!!!!!!!! Congrats - yeah for neurokinetic flow. I know that for me it took at least 6 weeks of tapping for me to even "get" the nk flow thingy.
