Kirsten, thanks so much for fixing these. There is so much great info in these posts. Some of the posts have internal references to other links that still need correcting but you have made most of the info available and I really appreciate it.

Unless it's a post I made, there's no way for me to update internal links. Updates can only be made by the poster or a moderator.

    Default Awesome Work

This is such awesome information and I'm so grateful for all the hard work you did Kirsten to put this together! I've been away for a while due to some serious medical issues, moving, and computer problems but it's great to be back. Being a Trainer in Training and Stair Stepper this is such a good place to get such good information.

    Great Job!!!
    Carol

    Default NEEEED HELP!!!

I am new to T-Tapp and have 3-4 sizes that I want to lose before I reach my goal. I have a previous weight loss from 2 years ago of about 65 pounds and have kept off, but want to finish goal and maintain/build muscle. I am encouraged about this program as is the only thing I have found that incorporates building muscle from inside out and burn previously stored fat.

I have experienced great changes in burning "back fat" but have bulked up in other areas...my tummy-hip-thigh area is of greatest concern. Would like to burn this apron style tummy...Have noticed a tremendous changed in strength, agility and muscle... and eating habits changed years ago....generally always eat "clean"

Truly believe this is only program that incorporates central nervous system, lymphatics, and muscles...I just need encouragement and a new goal....perhaps a boot camp or something??! I started doing Instructional 1 daily for 2 weeks, and then Instructional 2 every other day...and brushing....will incorporate salt baths this week...
