This is not a porn post, I promise! Just a happy story to share that might motivate others.
I began a six-day boot camp last Tuesday, doing the Beginner Rehab TWO. Today and Monday I walked for about 45 minutes after doing PBS and HoeDowns, and yesterday I did the TWO workout, beginning the EOD portion of Teresa's plan. I've been eating pretty cleanly but am eating well and enjoying a glass of red wine or two here and there.
This afternoon I had to go pick up some things at the mall, and as I was heading toward the doors, I realized my shorts were sliding down my body, getting sort of dangerously low. I had to keep hiking them up by a belt loop as I traveled from store to store. It must have looked pretty ridiculous.
I just can't believe how quickly T-Tapp works if you just work the program.
I'm sold. Time to put my "fat shorts" away, and it's only been nine days.
