    Default Plantar fasciitis

    I was just wondering if anyone has had experience with Plantar Fasciitis (inflammation of the soles of the feet--painful to walk/stand)improving from doing T-Tapp.

    My mom suffers from this and would be interested to know if T-Tapp would help!

    Hi Haffertee,

    I just wanted to let you know that I had a fairly severe case in my left foot, could barely stand on it. I had tried the usual; splinting, icing, and heat therapies without any relief. Then I decided to get back into tapping again and just using the BWO+ daily completely relieved me of pain. I do notice that if I skip too many workouts it will start to get sore again.
