    Default Wearing shoes for TWO

    I just started wearing my weighted shoes for the Beginner/Rehab workout. I find that even though it is more difficult doing the leg work with the shoes on it does help with my balance. Does anyone else use the shoes during the workout? I was afraid they might cause more bulk.

    I wear them for workouts (besides SATI and SITTM) every once in a while, but certainly not every time.... For me, personally, weating the MTs with my workouts would be too much. I do, however, like to do it every once in a while to shake things up. I tend to wear them during Tempo Torso because they really help me feel the stretch on a lot of the torso moves.

    A very important thing to remember is to not use momentum in your movements, but to keep your muscles tight and move them very consciously--especially in one-legged moves like balance, HDs, and TTN. Just flinging your legs around is not going to be beneficial and could possibly be harmful with the added weight.

    Thanks for the tip. I find that when my legs get tired that I do that very thing you warned against. I may use them for the first part of the workout and then switch up when I get to the balance sequence. They really do help me keep tucked!
