hello , I have been t-tapping on and off for more than a month or more and was wondering if anyone could help see my back well the lower part hurts every time after doing the workout I have stuck to basic and instructional#2 and I want to start a boot camp . I need to lose 4-5 pants sizes and maybe 60lbs. any advise or input would be very much appreciated, thank You

Hi DC,
It is really hard to say without seeing your form, but Make sure to REALLY tuck your but and press your lower back flat (The area that is hurting you) Hold the plie squats for now, make sure to hold you belly tight on all moves but ESPECIALLY when you are in a flat back. Stay consistent with the instructionals, cutting down reps if needed, but MORE would be a better entry for you with 4-5 pants sizes and maybe 60lbs. So perhaps you should get that to do until you strengthen and lose 2 -3 sizes. Do you perhaps live by a trainer for eagle eye form spotting?
