I just started doing SATI this week. Before I had only done BWO+. About half way through the workout, especially during and after the side to side steps, I start getting a pain in the left side of my lower left calf. The area right above the ankle. It seems to be this way because I am putting my weight on the outside of my foot. The pain is sort of a tightness and I can usually continue through it though sometimes I need to stop and just shake that foot out. I've gotten this during BWO+ before, usually half way through the T-Tapp Twist, but it is not as bad as with SATI.
My question is...is this normal? Could I be doing something wrong with my form? Am I just not strong enough yet to put the weight on the outside of my foot?
