My son will be 5 in a couple of weeks, and has a lot of symptoms of ADHD. He's really brilliant and funny. But also easily bored and the other stuff that goes with ADHD.
He's taking a multi-vitamin and fish oil (chewable capsules for children) now.
I know protein and healthy fatscan help symptoms, but its hard to find things that he really likes. He does like cashews a lot, and cheese.
I think I read somewhere that coconut oil can help? Anyone have experience with this?
