Default What can a vegetarian eat on GM days?

I used to eat tofu, but now I hear that the tofu causes hormones imbalance. Ugggh. So scratch that.

I don't have a Vita Blender, so it sounds like it is purposeless to blend anything in my blender since all blenders (excpet the vita blender) deplete fruits/veggies of their nutrients.

    I give up.

I've never heard of *any* blender depleting nutrients from food. Do you mind my asking where you read this??

    Hi Sportscar,

I started eating "meatless" about 1 1/2 years ago and there are so many things that are GM...

    1. Black beans....yummy
    2. White chili, someone posted it here and I eat it all the time, sans the chicken of course
    3. A nice BIG salad
    4. Split pea soup (homemade)
    5. Vegetable soup (homemade)

Don't know if you eat eggs or fish, I don't but they are also GM.

    Hope that helps some!
    Mary Ann

Pretty much ALL veggies (except corn and white potato), fruits and whole grains would be great. Try a veggie stir fry or fruit salad. Mary Ann's suggestions sound delicious.

    Sportscar-

That sounds like some propaganda put out by the Vita Blender people! I'd love to hear the rationale for that comment!
