THE RESULTS OF MY 4 DAY BOOTCAMP!
hi ladies...well, i finished my 4 day BC and took my two days off (also, got my tooth extracted...OUCH!) well after getting my dvd's in jan. 31st...i alternated instructional #1 and instructional #2 everyday until feb. 7th...from that i lost 6 inches...then i started BC feb. 7th and did a four day (meant to do longer, but wore myself out from not taking a break the week before!) i measured this morning and lost an additional 3 1/4 inches!! that's a total of 9 1/4 inches in less than two weeks!!!!! i'm so excited...i've been somersizing for the last year and had already lost 49lbs...but, i was out of shape from not exercising for a year and having three kids ages 14yrs, 6 yrs, 3 yrs...WHEW!!! makes me tired just thinking about it lol!!! anyways, i'd lost down to 123 for 172, but due to having kids and age (i'll be 35 this year)and messed up hormones...my body just wasn't up to snuff!! so as i started losing with t-tapp i called my mom...and, believe it or not she still had all my measurements all the way back to age 11!! now, i'm only 4ft. 10in...but, i'm considered medium build...at 11 years old and only 85lbs my hips were 32 1/4 inches...i'd always maintained a low weight...weighing usually no more than 100 to 110lbs...but, my measurements in my teen years was normally 35 26 35...so when i found this out i jumped for joy...b/c my measurements now are 37, 29 1/2, and 36...i'm so close to my pre baby years that i couldn't be happier...and, i even weigh 12 pounds more than my last high school measurement...i guess i just needed a reality check...you can only do what your body will let you do...and that might not be a size 0!!! so i'm really proud of myself...i'm also a postpartum psychosis survior (it started 10mos. after my third child was born)so i've been on paxil for three years and blew out my adrenals from postpartum...and, blew up 50lbs. in four months...and, i've struggled for 3 years trying to find something that would work and somersizing and t-tapp have been a perfect fit...
sorry so long winded...guess i was on my soap box...thanks for lending an ear...have a blessed night!

congratulations! that's wonderful. i used to somersize, as well, but i find i just can't eat all the fattening foods anymore, it just doesn't feel healthy. plus, i just can't stand all the food preparations that are necessary for it. too time consuming, wore me out. it worked gr8 for me when i did it, tho. good for you! keep it up.
