    Default Naturally Thin

Is anyone here still doing Naturally Thin? I found old threads but nothing current.

I just ordered the book and am looking forward to reading it.

I know several Tappers have made it their way of life, maybe they just don't talk, here, about it anymore?? I'm betting they are all hanging out on Lani's naturally thin forum.

I'm still doing NT. I've been eating NT since April 26th 2004. Yes, I remember the day. The previous day I'd started at the bottom of an Easter Basket and I ate my way out.... I'd been dieting for nearly 20 years at that point.

Since then, I've given up a lot of things. Self Hate being the biggest one, my craving for sweets and my desire to control my body being others.

Lani has been a wonderful coach throughout. I've never met her but consider her a dear friend nonetheless. As for discussion boards, she's no longer manning the ezboard because it she's moved into her own with Fitness Dream Makers and because Jean Antonello (author of HTBNT) has her own boards. The links are below. If you can't do another diet and you're tired of the struggle, please read the book and then check out Lani's Fitness Dream Makers and the NT Boards. They've saved my life and my sanity.

I couldn't find anything about Naturally Thin in Lani's forum. Where should I be looking?

Beth, this is all I can find and it's not real current.

Ruth, I just ordered the book so I really don't know much about it yet.

OK, for more info on NT, do a search for my handle (Inattendue) on the Nutrition/Diet forum. What's funny is that you can see my progression from WW to South Beach to NT and then my posts stop because I stoppes obsessing. The first is from my first day NT.

Here's another good thread that's got contributions from some long time NTers as well as Lani.

Sorry about the referece to Lani's current boards, I guess you have to be a subscriber to get to the NT thread.

    Hope this helps.

    Happy Tappy Holidays!

Thank you so much, Jen for the links.

I'm going to combine this with the NoS diet. I think together it will work great.
