Idea for this week
In honor of those who could not go to Safety Harbor… and maybe envy of those who are there….
This week we are going to do double the number of HDs we did last week
If you were at Safety Harbor, you would be doing multiple workouts…. So let us create a little SH at home… Now do not forget the pampering…ALSO part of this week challenge is to do something that pampers yourself…. Rub your feet with your favorite lotion, relax for 20 minutes (set the timer), Slice cold cucumbers and place on your eyes and face, Dip a washcloth in hot lemon juice a give your self a mini steam facial, put used tea bags in the frig and then place on your eyes ….. the ideas are endless
