    Default shivering after workout

    in the last couple of times doing TWO and/or BWO+, my hands and legs were shivering immeditaly after the workout is done. I just wonder if that is a sign of unkinking the hose

    And if you can't seem to get your hands and feet warm after working out....it means your body's core was really worked out. It takes all your energy and conserves it in the core. You may need some heat from another source to get your body to let the hands and feet warm up again.

    This can also indicate that your blood sugar level has dropped very low. I get this way with T-Tapp and am careful to eat a banana before I start; otherwise, I start shaking and even feel cold (both signs of low blood sugar). As you probably know, T-Tapp can cause a drop in blood sugar, so if you tend to have low blood sugar to begin with, it may be a good idea to eat a healthy carb beforehand.

    Hey!

    I'm glad I found this; I did the PBS and the Plies sequence last night and I was shivering. I wasn't neccesarily cold, but I was shaking all over.
