    Welcome TiaBoBia,

I know exactly how you feel. I was so excited to get my dvd's I even emailed to ask how long shipping usually takes (impatient me). I couldn't wait the few days I had left before they came so I went out and bought the book. Wow, am I glad I did!! It's kind of like a bible for me when I'm trying to figure out my form.

So, enjoy and check back here often and ask questions - this forum is a goldmine and everyone is SSSOOO SUPER nice!!!
