Got the daily Basic Plus downnow the HF/OP challenge[xx(] I'm joining in
!
Read somewhere a wonderful way to build a habit:
1. Decide on a goal (e.g.daily HF/OIP)
2. Break that goal down into ridiculously easy steps
3. Do the first step of that goal for 4 days (e.g. 1 min. of HF/daily)
4. If you keep it up for 4 days, give yourself a small reward
5. Continue with these super-easy, baby mini-steps until you reach your overall goal
6. Give yourself a nice []reward.
7. Stick with it
The above strategy was instumental in my doing BP/daily, and eliminating after-dinner snacking... the HF/OIP seem to be breaking me though [:I]

Well, I keep thinking about doing this daily or nightly, but just thinking about it is getting me nowhere, soooo, I'm going to take the plunge and commit for a week. I definately need lots of core work and have only been doing the BWO+. It's time to move forward!
I guess it would be best to do it after BWO+???
Thanks for your help and support!
Sandy
Sandy, doing OIP/HF right after BWO+ is great but try to do this after PBS (just pause the video/DVD for that) and then continue with BWO+
Joanna, doing baby-steps helps a lot in many other areas. I like this FlyLady approach

I'm starting to add these in, but I'm having a problem with my hamstrings wanting to take a charlie horse. What's up with that? Any suggestions? It starts to happen as soon as I lift my rear end off the floor tilting against gravity.
It hasn't actually locked up, but I can definitely feel the cramp pulling as I take a break to straighten my leg. It's happeing in both.
Thanks for any advice
