Hello, I am back to using T-tapp. I worked these exercises about 6 years ago. I think I quit because after the boot camp my thighs had gotten bigger. I know it was due to form but the lunges and plies are very hard for me. I am trying the T-tapp again for I have gotten heavier and regular excercises are not doing what I want. Plus I am now 48 years old and what used to work for exercising is not working. My question is what are the best tapes to do to help debulk thighs. Can anyone tell me the order of what I should do?
