Inches Update
I couldn't believe it-- I woke up Thursday and again, felt thinner. I stepped on the scale and found that I'd lost a pound! I took my measurements as well and found that I hit my goal (28 inch waist line)! This a couple of days after losing over three inches!
Start (As of July 1st): 132 lbs, 25% body fat
Bust- 36
Waist- 29
Abdomen- 34.5
Hips- 37 (fluctuated between 37 and 38 through 2 wks)
Current: 131 lbs, 23.5% bf?
Bust- 36
Waist- 28 *** Hit Goal
Abdomen- 33
Hips- 37
Anyway, I've set a new goal for both my waist and abdomen (my hips are nothing but bone at 37"-- I have a large frame with wide hips, a big rib cage and broad shoulders)-- I'd like to set my next goal as a 27" waist and a 32" abdomen. I figure I'll set little goals since I don't have much to lose. I don't think that a super tiny waist would look right on my football player frame, so I'll play that by ear.
In the mean time, I'm really enjoying my workouts and I feel sooo good!

Great job!!! Your goals are great--small and obtainable and easily adjusted for when you hit or exceed them. Very cool!
BIG HUGS!

Wow, congratulations on reaching your goal! I've never thought of setting goals as I go down, I just know what I "think" I should be in the end. That's a fabulous idea!

Way to go!!! Keep being consistant and all the numbers and %'s will go down. Even if you think you are at or near goal, your arms and legs will tighten up andand back fat/bra band size will go down, too.

Thanks!
I'm at a point now where I know I need to step it up, since the w/o are less difficult-- I'm adding a rep here, an extra set there, pushing harder since I am now able to.
I feel a little bloated today (did my t-tapping late last night)-- very much like I did when I had a fat shift last week.
Setting my mini goals help to keep me sane instead of feeling like I have so far to go. I also like the feeling of meeting each mini goal-- it's a great motivator.
