Default Best moves for hip pads?

I'd love to work on these ole' hip pads o' mine. I've read some posts about pretzel twist targeting them. Is that correct? Anything else you'd recommend for the hip pads?

Yes PT, but also any move you feel them in. I especially like TTTwist with double dips. Really keep your hips squared forward and *feel* the stretch!

I'll third this. After learning how to do TTT with double dips and keep my hips still, my hip pads are hitting the road!

yokidz - double dips are rolling up and down twice instead of once on TTT.

I also really like Reach Scoops and TTN for the hip pads.

Lately I've been feeling the hip pads getting a little bit of workout during the 1st couple moves in Balance. If I resist a lot and torque the pidgeon-toed effect a little more, there it is.

Yep, shoulder/hip alignment and a tucked, tight butt are key for many things, including the pesky hip pads!
