Default sluggish lymphatic system & bs

I was wondering how t-tapp accelerates the sluggish lymphatic system that Bs have? I just recently re-listened to the audi "personal profile" and I was wondering how exactly t-tapp helps with it. Also, what core moves help with my B sluggishness?

    Brenna,
I hope this is helpful to answer your question. If you read about the lymphatic system and think about the TWO movements it makes a lot of sense. You may find even better information at your local library. i.e. Gray's Anatomy.

Here are a couple of links you can check out.
I participated in answering some questions about the lymphatic system in this post-there are a couple of links in it about lymphatic anatomy :

The link in this post was interesting as well.

    Basically,
Muscle contraction propels lymph fluid back toward the heart.
T-Tapp works all the muscle layers therefore it is more lymphatic than other exercises that use fewer muscle groups.
(Skin brushing helps to move lymphatic fluid that is in the superficial[just under the skin] lymph vessels.Brushing the space inside the elbow, the armpit, behind the knee, in the groin massages lymph nodes also.)
The neck, armpits & groin have a lot of lymph nodes. The movements of the TWO have a massaging effect on the lymph nodes as well.
Also, as the heart rate increases the amount of blood pumped through the circulatory system and lymph fluid pumped through the lymphatic system increase.
