How to Report Your Workouts
There is one thread per week that is strictly for reporting completed workouts. Post only your workouts on this thread. If you have a question or would like a kick in the hiney, please start a new thread.
Please check in and let us know what workouts you did and when. You can post all three one on thread (editing each time) or post them individually each time you do them - just be sure to post on the correct week's thread and make your post no later than the Wednesday after the reporting week ends (as I will do the tally Thurs).
You don't need to post when you miss a workout. We are about positives - learn from the past; don't live in it. Additional workouts beyond the three you committed to are at your discretion and need not be posted.
