    Remember if you are pushing yourself to the max, you may be wobbling by the end. If you are not "feeling the heat" or wobbling, review the form tips, use a mirror, concentrate and really think about getting the most from each move.

    I got carried away with writing in too many days on last week's! [:I]

    I am trying to commit to getting at least 3 HDs a day in --hopefully after each meal!!! I've been extra fatigued in the evenings lately and not as motivated--but when I push through and do it, what a difference!!! And I think I sleep better, too! Isn't that funny--an exercise that energizes you AND can help you sleep!

    Thank you for keeping this going!

    Hi Everyone! Was sick for a few days and am now back on the Hoe Down wagon. I lost an additional 2.25 inches since the start of our hoe down challenge. I also gained .5 of an inch. Ouch! Dr W, am looking forward to reading the article. Thanks!

    Hello!

    F-June 8 - HD
    S-June 9 - missed HD's, did yard work
    S-June 10 - LadyBug standing (has adv. HD's)

    M-June 11 - HD
    T-June 12 - PBS, HD and LB floor (I had forgotten how much I liked this floor w/o. BTW, it has 2 sets of HD on the floor)

    W-June 13 - PBS, HD and LB floor
    T-June 14 - LB BWO+ & extra set of HD's (essentially the 1st 20 minutes of standing LB, stopped where T says 'you can stop right here or, if you have time, let's continue after a water break).

    I'll be out of town the next couple of days, but I'll be looking for y'all Sunday night or Monday morning.

    I am sorry to hear you were sick... I was missing you... glad you are back!!!
    Do not worry about that 0.5 inch. It may just be things shifting around... W

    Hey y'all. Survived graduation weekend and my house full of guests. A good time was had by all and now it is back to work.

    Monday- 2 sets
    Tuesday-3 sets
    Wednesday-2 sets so far Class with Michelle tonight so that will change. Yup, it's 3 sets now.

    4 weeks no smoking
