erialicia, you will be so happy with the changes that OIP/HF will bring. In the short time that I've been doing the pop video, not only have I noticed a wonderful change but so has my DH!!! [:I]

Erialicia-
T-Tapp can actually help repair uterine prolapse! I know this first hand because it did for me and actually prevented me from having to have a hysterectomy. Check out this brief link http://forum.t-tapp.com/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=36430 as well
Basically, you can correct a prolapsed uterus by doing lots of Organs in Place and Half Frogs and some of the floor work from hit the floor. I actually used a slant board to assist in getting the organs up and keeping them up while doing the different moves. One of the key things to remember is to really point the toes hard and reach away with your feet as far as possible, like someone was pulling on them, when you do the floor work.
I will be forever grateful to Teresa and T-Tapp for providing a way for me to prevent a hysterectomy. (I still had to have surgery for vault prolapse because no amount of Kegels or OIP can fix torn ligaments!)
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to send me a personal email. After a brutal first year of course work in my Ph.D. program, I have extra time this summer to spend helping other women discover the wonder of T-Tapp!

Hi Robinmc2,
So sorry that you are having to go through this. I've been there too, ended up needing pretty extensive surgery.
The good news is, you can live forever with a prolapse. Whether or not you treat it is a quality of life issue, not a life or death issue. So you can take your time and research what is right for you. Some prolapse can be helped by exercise, some cannot. Mine was due to genetic connective tissue weakness and exercise would not have done a thing. Plus it was so severe that it was very uncomfortable to live with and really prevented me from doing a lot of things I wanted to do. So surgery was really necessary, and it's been 7 years and it's still holding and I am very very happy with the results.
Here's a bulletin board which is full of great information, including many personal stories. Be warned, many of these women have had severe problems, but also, they have done their research. It's a very good source of information.

Good luck,
Nona
