    Default Perfect Cleanse?

Was wondering if any of you super smart T-Tappers have tried the Garden of Life Perfect Cleanse and what were the results and if you were happy with it?
    Thanks

In my opinion, it's not so good. Here's a story for you about my husband's experience with it. Now, it's going to sound like and ad for Colonix, but it's not really. It's just that, compared to Colonix, everything else is inferior.

My husband has diverticulosis and has diverticulitis attacks pretty often if he doesn't stick to a proper diet and exercise program, AND take additional fiber supplementation. We normally keep Dr. Natura's Colonix around and when he starts to feel any discomfort, he takes that and it usually clears up the attack within 24-48 hours. It just depends on how fast he realizes the warning signs and how severe the attacks are. Anyway, a few weeks ago he had an attack (after eating Pizza). And he used up the last of the Colonix and we couldn't afford to reorder for another week. What was left did stop the attack, but he was nervous and paranoid to be without the fiber in case of another attack. So, I got him the Garden of Life Perfect Cleanse, because it was at a local store, and way cheaper than colonix, plus it was recommended by Mercola. I hoped it would be just as effective, mostly because of the cost. But, on the fifth day of taking it (it's only a ten day cleanse), he had ANOTHER attack. Which told him, it wasn't working. It did act as a laxative, but it did not sweep the pockets clean, like the Colonix does. He took it back to the store, and I got online and ordered the Natura kits.

So, in his opinion, the results were just okay, up until that last attack. Then, no, he wasn't happy with it. Also, he said the taste is awful.

So, that's his story and his experience with it. It may be okay for someone with a normal digestive system. I just don't know.
