My 6 Week Results
I started doing T-tapp regularly on 2-25-07; I have CFIDS which has made it impossible for me to tolerate any exercise other than stretching and mild yoga since I got sick about 4 years ago. CFIDS is a total body system illness and it is debilitating---I can no longer work or even leave my house on a regular basis. I also gained LOTS and lots of weight---70 pounds about.
BUT, I came across the mention of T-tapp on a CFIDS forum and did some looking into it; I decided to try it. I Tapp 4-5 days/week and I normally do 10-15 minutes of the MORE workout. I've never even gotten past the lunges on the MORE workout, and most of the time I don't get to Balance.
So, even though I am clearly not doing much exercise in terms of time, I have seen some improvements in my health and I gathered the courage today to remeasure and compare. Remarkably, I've lost 12.75 inches! To me, that is shocking and somewhat miraculous. I've also lost 3.5 pounds.
I find that healthwise, I have more energy (though I still have to lay down every afternoon and rest, if not nap) and can leave the house more regularly. My constant nasal/sinus congestion and swelling had almost gone away and I can breathe through my nose. My lymph nodes are less swollen most of the time, too.
I knew I was feeling stronger physically and thought I was feeling a little thinner and seeing more muscle definition, and I guess it's true. My clothes aren't really fitting any different, but I guess that will eventually come.
I lost more from my hips up to my arms and hardly any on my legs, which I think is weird, but I guess everyone loses differently.
Anyway, just wanted to share my progress.

Nicole I'm so glad to hear that you can Tapp! One of the things I love about the WO is that it can be modified to fit your particular health/lifestyle challenge.

Nicole,
I have been thinking of you! I am so glad you posted your AWESOME results. I am thrilled you are feeling better- that is worth more than inches and they will come off when your body is ready to release them. Much Success!

Thanks for the congratulations, everyone! I am happy to be feeling a little better physically--I'm so sick of being sick. I do want to get smaller, obviously, too, but getting greater functionality is more important.
I hope my body will keep improving and get back to working the way it is supposed to. I just need to keep pushing play.
Thanks again; I just wanted to share that finally something is helping me feel even a little bit better and as a bonus, I'm getting measureable results.
