Too much Alfalfa?
Soooo i noticed that my alfalfa bottle was emptying faster than my Fibertox, and who knows how long I've been doing this but i just realized I was taking 9 Alfalfa's a day instead of the recommended 6.
Is anyone aware of any negative side effects from taking too much?

Alfalfa is food, so taking too much really isn't possible unless you are one of the rare people who are allergic. As you haven't experienced any thing bad, you're fine. There are people who take 12-16 on a daily basis.

I just started on the alfalfa last Monday. After speaking with Lauren in the office, I have started with taking 9/day. Once I have finished the first bottle, I will cut back to 6/day.

I take 12-16 a day, I like it's alkanizing effects. Too many carbs, sugar, alcohol more alfalfa!

Can someone explain to me exactly what the alfalfa does for the body? I am brushing and taking 6 per day with the fibertox. Just want to know the benefits.
Thanks so much!!!

On my good days, I take 12-15 (15 when I was pregnant). I forget a little more often now, but I always know when I need to take more!!!! Be it mood, swelling, whatever.

Thank you so much for the information on alfalfa. After reading Teresa's article I think that I will bump my intake up some.
Thanks again!
