I was doing SATI conistently for a couple of months, but then I slacked off and haven't done it in probably over a month.[:I]
Yesterday I recieved my Total Workout as well as my book (Fit and Fab..)! So, I've been perusing the book and am gearing up to 'watch'  the dvds!
I'm due the beginning of May. What should I do now to get ready to do a boot camp after baby's birth? I thought I would just try to get the form down, but I'm 31 weeks, so there's a big belly in the way!
