Cellfood
Has anyone taken Teresa's Cellfood or something similar for a long period of time? I've never heard of cellfood until I started hearing about it on the T-Tapp forums.
If you've taken Cellfood for a while...what have you noticed?

i've been raving about cellfood to my friends for some time. i think i'm on my 3rd little squeezegee... what i've noticed is stamina, better utilization of supplements, clear skin no matter what else is going on & better breathing... don't have asthma (although sometimes i wonder with all the crap in the air out here if exercise-enduced asthma is a possibility). i have a friend whose got more health issues than i'll ever have & she noticed in 3 days her endurance & recovery from just walking improved...and she's on the highest pain-patch you can buy short of in IV-narcotic.
more often i notice when i STOP using it... & i don't use the recommended dose of 3 drops 3x/day. i use 1/3 of that daily & mix it in a bottle w/8 drops each Teresa's B12, Immune Boost, PG, the Cellfood Silica and a liquid B comlex. I notice when i don't use it that sugar cravings, mid-afternoon fatigue & leg cramps are more severe. the lymph system is improving, skin texture & recovery from small bruising to cuts is about 2 days faster (i noticed this when i was doing self-defense classes getting hit, thrown, punched, kicked, etc.).
this may be a long shot, but i think it also is minimizing or slowed down vision issue... one eye is near- the other far-sighted. have glasses but haven't used them more than 2x in the +year i've had them... on the computer all day i notice the blurriness more when i don't use my daily brew.
&... committed myself to doing Basic+ every day if nothing else... this too has made a difference in moving out what cellfood is digging up.
