heat rash?
Ok, I have what seems to be heat rash on my neck. I have increased sweating here during Tapping, and it itches then too. But now it is a rash. Do y'all think this is heat rash? And what can I put on that is natural to relieve it and help it go away?
Thanks

Well, thanks for your replies, but I think it is actually an allergic reaction!! [:0] I recently changed what I was using to clean my face (about 2 weeks ago), and I think that is the culprit. I kind of hope so, as that would be an easy solution, and I really do not want to go on not knowing what it is a reaction to.
