    Hi all! Hope mommies and babies are doing well. Aerobics for me this morning.

    Meredith--Down from a 14 to a 6!~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    Sweat may be gross, Sweat may be stinky... But I'd better keep Tappin' or I'll look like a Twinkie!!

    Sunday - Rest, Brushed, most of my water
    Monday - BWO+, Brushed, water

    I awoke in a panic this morning over stuff I still needed to do for work and couldn't go back to sleep so I worked out at 4am... I think that is the earliest I have ever gotten up to workout [:I]

    Hello
    Just finished Bwo+ and AL
    Brushed this morning
    Been drinking lots of water today
    I think I am going to do this combo at least 4 times this week (I will probablly take Valentines Day off)

    Quick Question - I am thinking about adding in SATI soon. Is it safe to do in the first trimester? (I am 6 weeks)

    Howdy!
    Did BWO+ this AM & brushed.
    I got my MORE workout & watched it to preview before doing it, but I'm not sure I like it. It seems very slow & minimal. I got the 4 workouts in 1, but there was only one workout on there. What's up w/ that? It was just the BWO done w/ only 4 reps & lots of water breaks....mainly for "people of size." Where are the 4 workouts? Any insight on this is appreciated.

    Joanna... SATI is really safe to do in the first trimester and all through your pregnancy. (Although after your public bone seperates late in the last trimester you may not be able to step quite as wide without some discomfort. Just remember to only go to your personal max and to drink LOTS of water. Also, try not get too hot or out of breath (you can sweat but your baby can't breath and cool down as easily).

    I did well this morning
    BWO+, brushed and lots of water so far

    The sun is shining, the air is brisk, and our first real peak at Spring is teasing us today in the high mountains of Utah. (The reality is that we are destined for more snow and cold before it really is Spring but I'm happy for the short reprieve in the weather for today )

    Did MORE today, plus runner's stretch and airplanes.

    I don't have the 4-in-1 MORE, just the workout level 1. Even after using the TWO for 18 months, I like MORE. The pace gives you time to really focus on form and contracting those muscles. It's certainly not TWO, but I do work up a sweat. Usually I use that these days as my foundation for the workout, then add other moves like arms, full balance sequence, TTN, runner's stretch, etc. If you really work at it and focus, you'll still feel it.

    Hey All,

    Did some aerobics this morning. Felt good to have slept pretty well for the first time in a week. PBS and a spoonfull of peanut butter before bed did the trick.
