    Default Eat to Live

I have just started this style of eating (today is my first day actually). Just wondering if anyone out there is doing E2L as well. Since the rest of my family isn't on board with me on this, I could use all the support I can get! (I did subscribe to the yahoo E2L list, which looks pretty good!)

    Thanks!

    Hey There Kelly

This is actually something I've been thinking about - I stopped eating meat approx. 5 months ago so I'm thinking this program might be easier for me now.

There is someone on here, her name is Moon, who is doing ETL and has had some great success, maybe she'll chime in here.

The only thing for me is that since it is really chilly here in Wisconsin I LOVE my morning cappuccino - which I know I shouldn't but....

Good luck, and maybe I'll be joining you soon.

Also, if you do a search for Eat to Live on the Nutrition/Diet thread you will find some interesting topics.

    hi there

i've been doing eat to live (ETL) for four years...i love it

i also was the only ETLer in my house

let me know if you want me to send you some documents i created that helped me out...cheat sheet on the fridge, an outline of what i typically eat and some of my favourite recipes

about the cappucino...the first year i followed ETL i still had coffee with some skim milk each morning...some people focus on doing as much as they can and they gradually phase in some things when they're ready

feel free to e-mail me if you want me to e-mail you the stuff

I've been following ETL for over a year now and I love it. I've fallen off the wagon a few times, but it helped me lose 40lbs and go from a 14 to a 6 (along with Tapping of course). I'm pregnant now, and the cravings have gotten me a little but I'm doing the best I can. After the initial adjustment I found it super easy to follow.

Sweat may be gross, Sweat may be stinky... But I'd better keep Tappin' or I'll look like a Twinkie!!

    Just tuck it, okay?

What exactly is the eat to live diet? I have done the vegetarian raw thing and did not have great success. At first I had great energy and then it left. I found I ended up lacking nutrients. I do beleive in alot of veggies you name it. I am not sure the extreme thing works. Motappin give in to your cravings your baby needs it. With one baby I craved eggs another hamburger. I found out I ended up iron deficient. With my last baby I ate normal and did not have all of the problems. I would love to try the vegan thing again but I do not want to throw my body way out of wack. I would love to know how any of you exactly acheived success.
