Default Teresa's fibertox & alfalfa schedule

I just listened to "The Truth About Cellulite" and it seems that one's intake of fibertox and alfalfa needs to be tweaked according to their blood type, body type, and ancestry. All 3 of those things are the same for me as they are for Teresa so I thought that knowing what she takes and when would be a good place for me to start to see if that works for me.

I'm very slow at noticing differences in my body's response to changing things so it seems a little overwhelming to me to just jump in and start tweaking. I've been ttapping since August and brushing since October. I took Alfalfa for a month. My skin is firmer, but I haven't noticed a huge decrease of cellulite. Thanks!

there are a few rules of thumb, from different holistic medical models pertaining to how long something takes to heal from the start of a new regimen.

if you're consistent as you can be, given that life happens, & are brushing (daily) & doing PBS (hopefully daily if nothing else), you might want to start a journal to track progress & patterns, as some changes are subtle, & aren't noticeable til you [u]stop</u> doing them.

that's been my history...not feeling a difference til i've used something for about 2-3 months (!) & then backed off for a while. that's how i can tell if i need something seasonally or all the time, & if all the time, how much. the bowel tolerance test is the best for fibertox, alfalfa, magnesium & vit. c: if you're running to the wc with the runs, this is tip to back off in increments of one capsule or 500mg (whichever is on the label) til it slows down.

Dr. Elizabeth Dancey wrote The AntiCellulite Book back in the '90s or '80s & i just reread it. It's not complicated, but the emphasis on the delicacy of the lymphatic system, the intricacy of the capillary system & veins, & the importance of avoiding additives, preservatives, colorings & junkfood can't be over-estimated.

that all said, remember Teresa's caveat, 'Less is More'. Starting with some & consistently working towards a result is the surest way to capture gains & losses where necessary. Overdoing anything, in the name of good health, will still feel crappy; better to detox slower over time, despite impatience, than gung ho heave & fall flat.

Well, for the past 6 months I've been taking 9-12 Premium Blend Alfalfa and 1 Fibertox (sometimes 2 but usually only 1) per day.

Of course, I use the Premium Blend Alfalfa to help regulate my estrogen levels. I don't think I'd be managing menopause as well without it!!! It is amazing how well it keeps my hormones level, my skin healthy, and helps my lower back not hurt! I can't live without my alfalfa but I can skip my fibertox intake if I eat well and don't travel on planes very much.

    Hope this helps.

    Teresa

ps - I'm an 0 blood type (and both parents are O's and one grandparent was an A) and I've been taking at least 6 alfalfa per day for almost 25 years.

Thank you, Teresa, for your answer. That gives me a good place to start. It is also good to know about the alfalfa helping with menopause. I think I wasn't taking enough alfalfa each day to notice the difference. Thanks again for your response!

aha, so even Teresa has trouble with air travel. I never thought about fibertox as I normally don't use it. I am an O as well, and I suspect I have a grandparent who was an A also with both parents being an O.

I have noticed I don't get night sweats if I take at least 6 alfalfa a day.

Well, I ordered the Alfalfa on Deep Discount Tuesday and probably have been taking it for 3 weeks or so and once again, MY HAIR IS GROWING LIKE CRAZY!![:0] Now that is a GREAT side effect, except that I color my hair[:I] literally colored my hair and not even 2 weeks later it needs a root touch up.

I take between 2-9 per day. Sometimes 2 in the morning, 2 in the afternoon and 3 at night or sometimes 3 pills morn., noon and night.

    Gotta love it[^]

Last month, I slacked on taking Alfalfa and the PMS was horrible and my cycle even worse. I got cramps...have not had cramps in years. My PMS symptoms used to be controlled with a prescription. After discovering Teresa alfalfa I noticed PMS symptoms disappeared. After that experience, I'll never forget my Alfalfa again!!!
