Default Please help a newbie with questions

I started the Instructional tapes on Monday and got through 1 and half or so of 2. Tuesday and Wednesday I was sick with migraines from TMJ. I worked out Thursday, Friday and today all of tape 1 and most of 2. Today I finished 2. Anyway, I thought from the comments on the seminar DVD that I was supposed to be sore. I am curious as to why I am not sore at all and don't feel like I've worked out. I do get hot in the core which is a nice new sensation. Also I suppose I will be annoying asking this, but I am worried about not doing my weightlifting routines. I lift 2 or 3 sessions a week in a routine with the ball or without and with more aerobic lifting using 7 or 8 lb weights. I feel like if I do T Tapp only for some time then the next time I try to lift I will have lost a lot of strength. So please advise as to my weights question and why I am not sore. Even though I am in shape and workout a lot and can run and backpack and all that I need to lose 15 pounds or so and that is why I am T Tapping- to get rid of chubby thighs, butt and tummy. I appreciate any help!!!
