    Default Sacrum ache

Lately, the morning after TWO, the area around my sacrum just aches, not pain, aches. I have assumed it's from tucking during the workout and that the insertions into the sacrum simply are not used to it. The more I tuck, the less achy it will be - I think. After a couple of hours of moving around in the morning, the ache is either gone or definitely less noticeable.

Does that sound right to you? Is it possible to OVER tuck?

All I can tell you is that when I tuck, mine feels better.

I was helping my parents move right before Thanksgiving and I ended up helping my dad empty out 3/4 of the largest size U-Haul truck of all their heavy furniture (hunting for the satellite receiver! LOL). My low back/sacrum was REALLY tired/sore by the end of the day and it was bugging me when we were waiting for a table at a restaurant for dinner that night. I got into T-Tapp stance and really tucked and it felt totally better -- as long as I stood that way. At that point, I didn't care how weird I looked because it was such a relief!

Moyne, you're right - even while achy, if I tuck, it does feel better. I just meant that in my normal, everyday kind of movement, it's more achy than I expected. I guess until I've worked the a.m. kinks out, I should just tuck as much as possible - not a bad thing to do anyway!

Have you tried arnica gel? As soon as mine started acting up on moving day, I took sublingual arnica montana in the 30C potency. That night, DH "cracked" my back with a hug and I soaked in an epsom salt bath for 20 minutes, then rubbed in arnica gel and went to bed on my back with a pillow under my knees and my butt tucked. Woke up in the morning without a single twinge.

Just typing this, it occurs to me you might have something just enough out of whack that a chiropractic adjustment would help. Just a thought. Hope you feel better soon!
