10 day results?

What kind of results has anyone had from doing a 10 day challenge of DD and organs in place/HF? Thinking of doing one till the day before Thanksgiving.....wondering if I will feel any tighter in that short of a time. (I have about 30 pounds to lose, havent been exercising and combo, need to lose the most in butt, hip pads and lower stomach). Thanks

Best way to lose it before Thanksgiving is to get out the instructionals.

I have done challenges in the past with excellent results, of course right now it is Lady Bugs as I have to certify for them on Saturday [:0]

I'm going to say yes, you will. Any movement is good, and where you've not done much in a while, you bet you'll feel better and tighter!
