I totally agree, Kara. Good shoes makes ALL the difference!

I also have a pair of 2250s (or energys) and I love them! I have very wide feet and they fit me beautifully. Couldn't be happier with them, imo!

    HTH!!

Nanci, shape ups are not recommended for T-Tapping. You could wear them for SATI or SITTM, but they're even questionable on those workouts on the side to side moves.

That's kind of what I thought. The heels are very "chunky".

Thank you for the responses to the original poster, they've been really helpful.

I'm new to T-Tapp and have been barefoot all along. I shall be going out t-o-d-a-y and buying some proper shoes.

I got mine around $38 from online shoes, I think we have another thread about shoes and online retailers somewhere. I got 25% discount for purchase of over $99, so I got 2 pair at 50 each at regular price. I got one pair a size larger for my little sister.

They are running a 10% off, so, it is around 45...

Thanks, AYJ. I hadn't heard of onlineshoes, but I looked it up through Ebates, and ordering through them, I'll get 5% back. They are out of stock on my size right now, but I will check back with them.
    I love Ebates!
