    Default Dr. Bryce: Probiotic Question for you

    Since I signed up for Dr. Wylde's newsletter on his site I received one regarding cold and flu season in which he mentions a good probiotic called Bio-K Plus. I looked into it and it seems that it can only be shipped inside Canada.

    So my question is if the good doc can please recommend a probiotic for us good bacteria-challenged Yanks? One that we can get in the US? I know you mentioned that you'll use kefir as part of your regimen but that you don't rely on it solely. Could you please mention a few other brands you like?

    I'm not a doctor, but I do like Garden of Life's Primal Defense. And now they have an ultra formula I've been using. I take one capsule every night. Dr. David Williams promotes one on his site too: drdavidwilliams.com

    Bio-K Plus? I think I see that in my HFS in the refrigerated section! The one I'm thinking of is like a liquid acidophilus and very strong. It can really make you move, if you catch my drift.[}]
