    Default Just a small point.....

...but important (i think,)First of all, I want to apologize if this was said before, but I don't post too often and just come and go on the forums every so often so i really don't know what has been said resently. But i was tapping today (doing a 4 day BC after a looonnnngg break) and i just was remembering one of my small successes with tapping.

Sometimes you can't "see" the results, but that doesn't mean you aren't getting results.

    What I mean is this:

To start, I was a runaholic! LOL. I would run 3-6 miles a day, a decent size 6/8, (and a very bad body image-but that is another "small success story ), and started tapping hoping to loose my "thunder thighs". I measured and weighed myself and you know what? I didn't loose one inch anywhere! But.....I lost a dress size - although the scale and measuring tape didn't show a difference. Now i wish i had taken before and after pictures because i am sure i would have noticed my body reshaping itself. As Diane said on the "Yes You Can" seminar, "A picture is worth a thousand words" (i think that was kind of like what she said - i let out my tape so i can't go back and check it. Correct me please if i am wrong! [])

Now i am not sure how it all works (i mean i understand it but don't ask me to explain it! I will leave that to the trainers! []), but even if you can't "see" the results , you are getting results! If that makes any sense.

So..I guess my point is some ppl. are able to see the results on the measuring tape, or on the scale and some take longer for those results to show up, and some (like me - or maybe it is only me!lol) you don't see those results at all,

so.. if you are one of the last two - DON'T WORRY!! You ARE making progress!!

That's it. That is all i have to say

    Great post, tequilarose!

I think we all experience a form of success, but we may be too caught up in superficial success to see our own transformations.

I know when I need a t-tapp workout and it's not because of my measurements. It takes us a long time to learn to listen to our bodies, but they do thank us for the benefits.

What a great reminder of looking inside to see the successes we have! Just today as I finished my workout, dripping with sweat, I realized I was smiling. I needed that smile today! I felt strong both emotionally and physically![8D]

Several times throughout the year, I keep a workout journal. It may be nothing more than a yellow note tablet, but I list my activities I do each day and how I feel at the end of the day. Talk about a visual recollection and motivation!

Anyone else experiencing T-Tapp working from the inside out?????[8D]

This is a HUGE point! I can't say it better than Jenny did:

This has been my experience exactly too TequilaRose. All the people I'm turning T-Tapp onto I've told to take pictures because the scale and/or the measuring tape may not show any loss, but your bod changes. Pictures never lie.

I don't want anyone I recommend T-Tapp too to get discouraged and say 'well, I didn't lose ANY weight or inches'. They gain wellness and other changes that happen in the body from T-Tapp.

Oops, did I post that out loud?
