    Default Masai Barefoot Technology Shoes

I am wondering if anyone used these to walk 3-4 miles at a 3 MPH pace. If so, what do you notice when you walk that far.

    Thanks!

I wear mine if I plan on standing all day. They keep your butt tucked so you don't have low back aches. I am sure to wear them when I cook Thanksgiving Dinner.

Don't spend time walking. The roads are windy & narrow in my neighborhood. I have used them for SATI Max. They add an extra element to the workout (more balance).

I love to walk, and also do T-Tapp. I don't walk in summer, too hot! But Fall and Winter and Spring will find me on the road!

    Hi,
I have a back injury and started wearing MBT's because of it. My job requires me to stand all day long on poured cememt floors. I wear my MBT's all-day every day and wish they made MBT slippers to wear at night! Unfortunately I can't comment on walking 3-4 miles at a brisk clip as I don't do that. (My poor old great dane is exhausted and ready for the couch after just a mile.) I do wear them to TTAPP (More and SATI). And I can say though that, given the state of my back, I have much less discomfort when I wear the MBTs. And on that occasion when I have to dress up and wear 'normal' looking shoes (flats of course), I RUSH home to get my MBTs on because my poor back is aching so bad...
Sorry I can't be of more help. I do LOVE my MBT's.

I'm considering getting these maybe after x-mas but they are quite expensive. Then again my pediatrist wanted me to get $400.00 pads for my shoes. I'm trying Yoga Toes right now. I have a really high arch and my feet tend to hurt if I do things like leg press, squats or cardio other than biking while seated horiztonally.
