    Default w/o's with MetaTreks

I was wondering which t-tapp workouts are MetaTrek friendly. Can I do HTFH with metatreks? And, one more question....being that they are weighted shoes, will they bulk the muscles when using them to t-tapp? Thanks.

HTFS was designed for use with the MTs. But not required. With HTFH it's not recommended to do some moves like Awesome Legs with the weighted shoes on.
Many people use them for SATI and SITTM workouts. They shouldn't bulk up the muscles.

    Surely, you jest[]

SATI is safe in Metatreks. I believe, BWO+, also, after you've worked up to it. Floor routines are too difficult to keep control and not use momentum, which will bulk and cause injury., except for HTFS.

I only have HTF and HTFH for my floor only workouts not HTFS. What is the difference between HTFS and HTF? If they are similar workouts I can ommit the exercises on HTF that are not on HTFS. Has anyone done the new LB workout with metatreks or is that not do'able. Sorry for all the questions but I haven't used those shoes in a while and wanted to kick my workout up a notch.

If you haven't been wearing your MTs then you need to re-acclimate your body to wearing them with walking and slowing increasing the time wearing them NOT jumping into a workout. If your muscles aren't accustomed to the additional weight you WOULD run the risk of bulking in your thighs because your form would be off.

I know you have a bunch of the workouts and the idea of T-Tapp is to work smarter not harder. So, to kick your workout up a notch - - go back to the instructionals and really concentrate on your isometric contractions and your linear alignment. Now that you have muscle memory - - you'll hear all kinds of new stuff on the instructionals and your body is stronger and you can build on your existing muscle memory.

    Hey Ladies,

Thanks for all your feedback and Cheryl for your links! I know with t-tapp less is more but I'm so used to doing more even with t-tapp. Don't think I've ever done EOD and I love all the intermediate to advanced workouts but it sounds like I should go back to Instructionals or Total.
