    Default Vitamin C Brands

    Hello all!

I need to get some vitamin C and I was wondering what brands T-Tapper's recommend?

    Thanks!

I like Emergen-C. It's a powder that you put in some water and drink, like Cal Mag. They have lots of different flavors and it's so easy to drink. You can google it and get places that sell it.

I like the EmergenC also. They have a "lite" flavor with no added sugars, 0 calories, and doesn't taste too bad (to me!)

I've read that your C supplement should contain bioflavnoids too.

Natrol Ester C with bioflavinoids. Easier to assimilate than other forms and it's buffered.

I really like the Vitamin C Foundation's Vitamin C powder. You get a nice discount if you choose the autoship option plus I like that my money is going toward Vitamin C research. The website is http://vitamincfoundation.org/mcart/

    Hello,

I have tried the powder and tablets by GNLD.

Versatile, lemon-flavored, high-potency Powdered C is easy to add to beverages and foods.

Vitamin C promotes antioxidant activity, and is critical in the formation and maintenance of connective tissue. vitamin c also supports proper functioning of the immune system.*

1,000 mg of vitamin C in a single serving.
With Neo-Plex Concentrate: All the naturally- occurring phytonutrient elements in whole oranges (juice, vitamin C, flavedo, mesocarp, endocarp, protopectins, p-factors, and flavonoids), to enhance absorption and utilization of C.

Delicious cherry-flavored All-C is great for children or anyone who prefers chewable tablets. You can take them throughout the day to maintain high vitamin C levels, or take a tablet whenever you want the vitamin C value of 4 small oranges.

Ditto on the Emergen-C lite. It is also buffered, the same as Ester-C, which is just a brand name. Emergen-C absorbs very quickly and also has B-vitamins and a few other goodies to really help you overcome stress.

I think Emergen-C really saved me after having my daughter and being sleep deprived from nursing around the clock for months.

I take 1-2 grams ester-C tablets in the morning, and then emergen-C when I need a quick boost.

I really like Emergen-C, also! Fizzy and easy to drink. Really seems to help stave off colds in my household.
