    Default Another newbie here

    Hi all,

I just found out about t-tapp few weeks ago and went to borrow the book from my local library. I read there and also in this forum that form is really really important if I want to see results, and I think the best way to get the correct form is to work with instructor. However, looks like all instructors are in USA while I'm in Singapore I'm ordering the total workout dvd soon but I have no mirror in my living room. Any suggestion on how to get started and get the correct form?

    Hi battra,

While form is important you will get everything you need in the instructionals, take your time learning them! A mirror is helpful but not necessary. I never saw a trainer for 2 years after starting T-Tapp and I had wonderful results!

Monica: thanks for the reassurance! Hope I can build better body like all of you soon

Tina: yep! for almost every book I bought I'd borrow them first to check whether they're worth buying. And I'll definitely buy the t-tapp book
