I've been off the T-tapp "wagon" since Thanksgiving, and I'm feeling horrible. My bootcamp starts tomorrow, but I need some eating ideas. I want to do Godmade/Manmade, but I'm not very creative with food, so I get bored easily, which can be dangerous for a carb addict like me. I usually eat 1/2 a grapefruit, cottage cheese and some almonds for breakfast, a big salad with grilled chicken and almonds for another meal, and that's pretty much the extent of my God made meal selections! I'm not a gourmet cook, so I need some basic simple ideas but enough so that I'm not eating the same food for every meal, every day. What do you all eat on your Godmade days? I know the basics, veggies and protein, but how do you mix it up? Any ideas for a meal I could serve my family? Thanks so much, I really want to succeed at this new eating lifestyle, but I need some variety.
