Alfalfa and acne

I have been using the alfalfa for about 2 months and really see the benefits in my skin. My 17yo daughter suffers from acne and dry skin on her face and we have tried many things to improve it. Does alfalfa help with acne? If so, what dosage should she try?
Any advice or information would be greatly appreciated!

I have been using for acne since going off the pill. I started w/ six a day and was still getting some pimples, I upped it to 9 and that seems to be the trick for me. I am sure she can just experiment what works for her and how much she needs

I can't answer if the alfalfa will clear up acne, as I've used the alfalfa both when I had acne and now that I no longer do, and, at least for me, it neither helped nor hurt the acne, but I take it for all of the other remarkable health benefits. For me what worked was taking 6 grams of pantothenic acid a day (look up B5 vitamins and acne on the internet), using the verilux happyskin lamp 20 minutes daily, and switching to a completely all natural skin care routine. After switching routines, it took me 3 months to clear up my skin and I've now been acne free (1 small pimple here or there on occasion) for about 8 months.
