    Default Peppermint Oil

Hi... I am trying to find the forum from someone who used peppermint oil on their feet for hot flashes. Can someone help? I did a search this morning and could not find it.

    Thanks for your help!

Yes, I posted that about a year or so ago. I think it was on general discussion. But you put a few drops of peppermint oil on each foot. Focus on the the tip of the bit toes, the pituetary and the heals, the uterous and ovaries. It cools the body.

    Hi,
Have you tried drinking MetroMint water? Here's the link:

Tried this while speding a day on the beach. It's really refreshing and felt much cooler. I wonder if adding food grade peppermint oil to water would do the same thing?
    Good luck,
    Kim

    Niecy,
I'm glad that the peppermint oil was an option. While I liked the taste of the MetroMint water,(felt cool inside and out!), my kids felt it was too strong. One could use as much or as little of the oil to suit their tastes. []

    Wanda,
Yes, saw it in Publix in GA, but actually tried it while in CA.
    Hope this helps,
    Kim

So...has anyone done the Life Lift breathing exercises? They look interesting to me. How about the herbal wraps? Anyone try those?

    Thanks!

Mary Ann, You might want to start a different thread with your question.
