Yep, you can do skin brushing. It exercises the skin and keeps the lymph moving. And does help with loose skin too.

Alfalfa is pure plant protein. So it like a food. I take it will my vitamins.

I posted to you on the General Forum about this before, but the skin brushing is great. Just using the brushing, within a couple of weeks my reddish-purple stretch marks I had over my hips had faded to sort of silvery-iridescent... Awesome!! I didn't have a lot of belly sag, so not a lot to comment there.

The alfalfa is amazing. I took it faithfully throughout my pregnancy, and I could tell when I had and hadn't taken it because I was more grouchy and my hands and feet really felt swollen. I took mine with my prenatals as well.

Tina & Jen gave great advice! Yes, yes, skin brushing is excellent! I didn't do mine as faithfully... I know, bad me! But I'm getting back into it. Whenever I walk past my brush (I have it out in plain sight), I grab it and just brush my stomach (I try to do a full body brush after my workout). Although I'm back to pre-pregnancy size, my stomach still could use a bit more firming up. I think had I done it more faithfully during my pregnancy, maybe it would look different?

Alfalfa... as Jen said, take it!!!! I never swelled. I actually could wear my stilettos well into my 9th month. My rings all fit... it was lovely. I think the combo of T-Tapp, skin brushing and Alfalfa is very effective for pregnancy and beyond. Oh, and yes, you can take Alfalfa + prenatals!

    Good luck!
