I am taking an informal poll so that I can create a weight/inch loss plan for myself. If everyone could answer the following questions, I think it will benefit everyone!

1. How long have you T-Tapped?
2. What was your starting weight?
3. What is your current weight?
4. How many inches have you lost?
5. Did/do you take supplements? What are they?

6. Do you do any other form of exercise?
7. Which tapes do you do and how often?
8. How many sizes have you lost?
9. Are you on a "diet" plan of any kind? (GM/MM, WW, NT, etc.)

Thanks everyone! This will help me see what works and try to create something to fit into my schedule (I work 4 jobs AND stay home with my 2 kids under age 2, so time is a MAJOR factor for me!)
