I'M HUNGRY
I am in the 2nd week of my EOD bootcamp and I am SO HUNGRY ALL THE TIME. I do remember this is a byproduct of the whole inner core rebuilding. PLEASE SUGGEST HEALTHY OPTIONS. I eat carrots, almonds, apples, nanas, raisins, life cereal...and I'm STILL hungry..24oz water BEFORE I eat anything as well. Tell me what will feed my cells so they will stop screaming!
Happy Tapping!

Eat more protein. String Cheese, cottage cheese, meat.
I really like the EAS shakes (Body for Life). I've noticed I'm a little hungrier in the morning but I'm OK during the day (plenty of 'reserves' to pull from KWIM?)
But if you're hungry - eat. Theresa said in the book that you should be eating more calories while starting this to help feed your new muscles.

More fat will keep you full longer. Fried eggs, full fat cottage cheese or yogurt......

Hey Michelle! I get the same way too. The more I tapp, the hungrier I get. I've found that the Curves shakes are awesome. I drink one in the morning and I'm full until at least 11:30. I usually drink it at 9:00am. Then I have my breakfast which is usually whole wheat toast with peanut butter and banana or activia yogurt and a piece of fruit. My lunch is either at 11:30, 12:30 or 1:30 depending on the week. But by 3:00 coffe break I eat my lunch, either a salad with chicken(that's key, the protein) or a sandwich and I'm good til supper which is usually done for about 6:30-7:00. By that time I;m sooo full that I don't snack(usually)! Plus I drink my 64 ozs of water throughout the day.

Carol once wrote it is not good to drink so much water before eating as it is not good for digestion. You are fooling your body when you don't need too. Maybe scale back to 8 ounces before eating so you actually have room for food.
I would agree more protein will go a long way.

Taking it one day at a time.

... or trying coconut oil (expeller-pressed for a neutral flavor). I cook my scrambled eggs with coconut oil and it keeps me going strong until mid afternoon. Coconut milk is also great in smoothies and it makes rice taste fantastic.

Oh do I hear YOU!
It's been awhile since I've done a 4 days bootcamp. I've been mixing it up a bit lately, 1st doing 5 days of Tempo Arms, then a few days off, then 4 days of Tempo Torso, a few days off, now I'm on day 3 of Tempo Lowerbody (yeah, how crazy is that??? not sure I could take another of these, Tempo lower body is so DANG TOUGH).
Anyhow, I've forgotten how incredible HUNGRY a bootcamp makes me. I've have been just starving!!!
When I am in these Hunger modes from bootcamping, nothing can stop it for me expect whole grains. If I add more whole grains, I can stop the starving.......
