    Default Lotsa questions

    Hello wonderful T-Tappers,

Normally i do yoga at 6:00 in the evening otherwise I can't sleep. Since I've stopped yoga, and started tapping I'm having a hard time sleeping. I tapp at 3;00. I've been doing Basic Workout from the book for about 30 minutes and I do the OIP that came on the DVD. Can't get tapes yet, but soon I hope. When I workout at 3;00 I work up a pretty good sweat so I know I'm making some progress. Although the only results I'm seeing is in how I feel, no major inch loss yet. I feel pretty good when I can sleep, more energy. When I can't sleep, then I drag. Should i add yoga back at six or should I try tapping at 3 and six.Or just Tapp at six? Or will this be something to play with until I find what works for me?
Yoga is the only thing I've ever stuck with for over ten years, and I'm missing it (kinda). I've only tapped for 15 or so days, so when can I put it back in? Plus I know the philosophy less is more--I've always been a more is more kinda gal. So how much is too much?
    Thanks in advance, Kimberlyn

My new purpose for T-tapp is to have my best form and to flex to my personal max. It\'s become the real challenge and the point of why I tapp, the inches will come off if I keep at it, but it will take time. I\'m glad I didn\'t give up and I hope you don\'t either.

    Hi Kimberlyn,

For starters, you can add other forms of exercise back in your rotation AFTER 30 days of T-Tapp. Some thing to do with neurokinetic awareness, etc. hopefully someone more experienced will pop in with more details on that.

Also, some peeps find they sleep better by doing PBS (primary back stretch) right before bed. Kind of stretch and get the kinks out before sleeping. I like to do the LB (ladybug) POP (points of perfection) shortly before bed. That seems to help me.

You can play with your workout times to see if that makes a difference, but don't add yoga for another 15 days or so. Also, while the Basic Workout (BWO) is designed to be able to do everyday (with 1 day off per week), it probably wouldn't be in your interest to do it 2x per day.

    Just a thought,
    Linda
