Default Hi from Australia - What's a Highway Hoedown?

    Hi Everyone
I'm from Western Australia and had some initial success with Ttapp about 2 months ago. Since then I've been intermittant but will keep trying as I know how great Teresa's system is.
I stumbled across ttapp on another blog on a different website.
I spent a lot of time at Teresa's website and then brought the book which apparently has only just been released here in Western Australia.
I am in the process of ordering the total system as I believe I will do better with the DVD.
What the heck is a "Highway Hoedown and how do you do it?

    Cheers
    Oc

ROFLOL, Darn, I thought there was a punch line! Well... I have never heard of a Highway Hoedown... here is an article on Hoedowns http://www.t-tapp.com/articles/hoedowns/default.asp I guess you could do them on the highway... but do them quickly before a car comes. []

    Welcome to T-Tapp Oc!

Welcome to T-Tapp land! I can't imagine what a highway hoedown is but those regular hoedowns are quite wonderful.

My DH and I visited some of your wonderful country during the month of April this year. Had a great time and I did hoedowns pretty frequently while away from home.

Hi and thanks for the welcome. Hugs back to you.
Well I know it sounds kind of funny. "Highway Hoedowns"...actually it is quite hilarious when you stop to think about it but girls I saw this term on one of the T-Tapp forums.
And of course now I can't find it so maybe I imagined it in my sleep deprived state or maybe it's my myopic vision letting me down again.
If I find it I'll let you know.[?][?][?]

It just occurred to me that perhaps someone was talking about doing hoedowns when traveling while stopping at reststops which are along highways here in the US. I know I do them whenever my DH and I are on a roadtrip and stop for bathroom breaks, etc. I will do a set of hoedowns standing by my car and usually hear the cars whizzing by on the highway. I'm not on the highway but close to it.

    Just a thought.

Yes, Charity I think you are right. It seems like there was a thread about traveling a while ago....
